The company was founded in 2012 by a team of experienced executives with extensive experience in the field of financing and development.

SWOT CONSULTING aims to provide consulting services, conduct research and study work, utilize national, European and international co-funded programs in the development, technological, environmental, energy, cultural, social and medical sectors, in the field of training and the development of information and communication technologies.

The services provided by SWOT CONSULTING cover the entire spectrum of business functions with emphasis on the areas of Exploitation of Financing Opportunities and Management of Investment Projects, Strategic and Operational Planning, Business Organization as well as the provision of consulting services to the Public and Private Sectors.

A separate part is the management of sales departments and the promotion of products abroad in sectors in which our executives have deep knowledge due to their long history in the market. A decisive role in this is played by our cooperation with OPEN DOORS CONSULTANCY from Great Britain, which we represent in the Balkan Peninsula and the MENA countries.
